IDEA 3: inspiration from maths surprisingly
aim: to determine whether clicking pens will distract test subjects ability to answer simple maths questions
equipment: 20 test subjects, simple maths questions, pen clickers :D, timer
method: have each test subject do a set of 20 simple maths questions which will be timed (control). then have them do another set of 20 questions,also timed, but this time there will be a person sitting next to them, clicking pens repetitively.
compare the results to see if there is a difference.
IDEA 4:
aim: to see if music affects memory
35 test subjects. 10 listening to white noise, 10 listening to heavy rock, 10 listening to classical music, 5 listening to nothing ( control). all will view a picture for 30 seconds. after this time the subjects will try and note down everything they remember about the picture. should be... do able :D
